Who Killed Jesus Christ? Does It Matter Who Killed Jesus Christ? How Did Jesus Die For Our Sins?

Jesus was nailed to a cross.

A cross is a stake with one or more pieces (usually shorter pieces) attached to a longer stake. The shorter pieces are usually divided equally on each side of the longer stake.

In the days of Jesus, the Romans used the cross as an instrument of torture on which criminals were fastened and exposed until they died.

Many Christians and Christian Churches use the cross and the symbol of the cross in the practice of their faith.

Christians should not use the cross or anything else in the observance of the Lord. All we need is our faith.

All mankind killed Jesus Christ.

For us to have access to eternal life, Jesus had to die for our sins. If we had to pay for our own sins, then we would be eternally dead because the wages of sin is death.

Romans 6:23: “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

The Old Covenant separated mankind into Israelites and Gentiles. Judah became separated from Israel and both Israel and Judah went into captivity.

In order for the Lord to save all mankind He had to make the Israelites, which included the Jews, and the Gentiles one people again. If He did not do this, then only the Israelites which included the Jews would have access to eternal life.

Jesus came unto His own, (the Jews), and they received Him not.

John 1:11: “He came unto his own, and his own received him not.”

The apostles went to the other tribes of Israel.

Matthew 10:5-6

5 “These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:”

6 “But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”

If the Jews had received Jesus Christ only the Jews would have access to eternal life. Then salvation would not have gone to the rest of mankind.

Jesus’ death did away with the Old Covenant and now there is neither Jew nor Gentile. All are one people.

Ephesians 2:11-19

11 “Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;”

12 “That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:”

13 “But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.”

14 “For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;”

15 “Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;”

16 “And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:”

17 “And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.”

18 “For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.”

19 “Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;”

Galatians 3:28: “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.”

Colossians 3:11: “Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.”

The Jews killed Jesus Christ. Judah is part of the House of Israel; therefore, all Israel killed Jesus.

Jesus’ death did away with the Old Covenant making the Jews, Israelites, and the Gentiles one people. Therefore, all mankind killed Jesus Christ.

We all have access to eternal life.

Jesus was a Jew. Judah is one of the twelve tribes of Israel. Jesus came unto His own and His own received Him not. The Jews rejected Jesus and condemned Him to death.

Mark 10:33: Jesus is speaking, “Saying, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be delivered unto the chief priests, and unto the scribes; and they shall condemn him to death, and shall deliver him to the Gentiles:”
